HOUSE RULES

Please take a few minutes to review our guidelines and reminders listed below:


• Our base rate is for double occupancy, any additional person staying overnight will be considered as an extra person and a Php1,200 charge will apply per night.
Additional guests are subject to the maximum occupancy of the room. 


• Requirement upon check in: Government issued Valid ID of each guest. 

Booking ID/voucher must be presented upon check-in for verification of the said booking.

If there's a change in the name of the check-in guest, please advise us prior to arrival to be able to accommodate them.


• Php1,000 incidental deposit per room will be requested upon arrival and will be refunded upon check-out.

• All our rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of Php5,000 will apply if traces of smoking will be observed. 

*Parking is free of charge, and is on a first come first serve basis.
Valet service is unavailable. Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or incident to vehicles while parked. 



CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings availing the Last Minute Rates are Non-Refundable, while Bookings availing Promo Rates or Standard Rates are cancellable up to 10 days prior to the check-in date with full refund of the deposit. 
For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee

.

The reservation shall be cancelled in the event of a non-show on the check-in date, unless prior notice has been sent to the hotel.
